Salesforce unveils Agentforce Help Agent with performance-based pricing
Salesforce on Wednesday unveiled Agentforce Help Agent, a tool designed to reduce the burden of building and operating AI agents for customer service. Built on the Agentforce 360 Platform, it uses a company’s customer response policies and business information to handle inquiries and support case management. Salesforce also highlighted a pay-per-resolution model, charging only when an AI agent resolves an issue end-to-end, and introduced the Agentforce Customer Service Portal.
