KISA reorganises to create AI security industry headquarters
Korea Internet & Security Agency will carry out an organisational reshuffle effective Feb. 9 as it pursues a state task to realise an AI-based society and seeks to protect the public from increasingly advanced cyber threats. The agency will create an AI security industry headquarters, a digital threat prevention headquarters and a ransomware response team. It plans to strengthen capabilities against ransomware and other crimes harming people’s livelihoods.
