Ratib develops AI Rider Match auto-dispatch system based on on-site data
Last-mile tech company Ratib said on Tuesday it has developed an AI-based automatic dispatch system, AI Rider Match, using order, dispatch, movement and delivery data accumulated in the field. The system analyzes local operating standards, rider-set conditions and current delivery status to automatically match suitable orders. Ratib said it built its own dispatch engine using data from its delivery network. The system does not force assignments or auto-accept orders without rider consent.
