NH Nonghyup Bank overhauls hidden assets finder service, expands to mutual finance
NH Nonghyup Bank said on Monday it has expanded its MyData-based “hidden assets finder” service to cover mutual finance from March 31, aiming to improve convenience for financial consumers. Users can now select only the type of sector such as banking, insurance or mutual finance to check assets spread across financial institutions in one go. Identified assets can be closed, transferred or donated through a one-stop process.

NH NongHyup Bank launches event marking AI loan interest rate care service
NH NongHyup Bank said on Wednesday it will run a \"Loan Interest Diet\" event through March 20 to mark the launch of its AI Loan Interest Rate Care service, which aims to help reduce customers\' interest-rate burdens. The bank will give Starbucks Americano coupons to the first 3,000 customers who link assets from other financial institutions in NH MyData and join the service. It will also award prizes by drawing lots, with linked customers getting better odds.

NH NongHyup Bank steps up plans for won stablecoin ecosystem
NH NongHyup Bank said it held a strategic meeting with global digital asset infrastructure company Fireblocks at its Seoul headquarters on Feb. 2 to discuss a proof-of-concept for digitalising tax refunds and plans to build a won stablecoin ecosystem. The tax refund project began in November and completed its design in January, with development and testing due by April. The two sides discussed cooperation models linking bank-based trust structures with global blockchain networks.
