Naver D2SF makes new investment in virtual entertainment startup 23rd Century Children
Naver D2SF said on Wednesday it made a new investment in virtual entertainment startup 23rd Century Children. It said the decision reflected the company’s content production capabilities for virtual artists and its in-house technology pipeline, as it expands intellectual property. The startup said it has developed technologies such as real-time motion capture and a workflow that enables rapid production with fewer staff. It is developing its own IP, including virtual boy group WEGO6.
