Naru Security sets up threat response and AI centers to advance AI threat management service

Naru Security, a cyber threat management company, said on Tuesday it has established a threat response center and an artificial intelligence center and hired specialists to accelerate upgrades to its next-generation threat management services. It appointed Lee Jae-kwang as head of the threat response center and Cho Soo-gon to lead the AI center. The AI center will focus on upgrading intrusion assessment services and building an LLM environment in the first half, and automation and multilingual reporting in the second half.

Kakao VX launches Kakao Golf Reservation web service to boost accessibility

Kakao VX said on March 18 it has launched a web service for its Kakao Golf Reservation platform. The service, introduced in 2019, has been focused on app-based reservations. Kakao VX said the growing use of AI services has increased the need for a more open search system tailored to different device environments. It said the web version lets golfers check real-time course information and available booking times via mobile or PC.

Naver to add 5-star ratings to Place reviews, merchants to decide on public display

Naver said on Tuesday it will revamp its Place review service this year, including introducing numeric supplementary indicators. It will keep the existing structure based on keywords, photos, videos and text while adding numeric information for users to reference. From April 6, users will be able to record satisfaction as a five-point star rating when posting a review. During an initial collection period, the data will be visible only to the author and the business owner.
