Bitcoin stuck in $60,000-$70,000 range for two months. Why

Bitcoin has stayed in a roughly $10,000 range between $60,000 and $70,000 for the past two months, as leverage-led trading, weakening spot demand and persistent losses among short-term holders combine to curb sustained upside momentum, an analysis showed. Market maker Wintermute said perpetual futures continue to outweigh spot activity, while funding rates lack a clear trend. Apparent demand remains negative and stablecoin inflows are near a two-year low.
