Shinhan Financial Group provided tailored solutions to major wealth management concerns for about 1,000 wealthy clients, including real estate, business succession, retirement and global investment.
Shinhan Financial said on Aug. 31 it held the group’s integrated wealth management forum, titled “Shinhan Premier (Premier) Pathfinder Hyean 2026,” at Seoul Dragon City in Yongsan, Seoul.
About 1,000 wealthy clients attended the event. Key consultation areas included asset allocation after selling real estate, business succession, post-retirement cash flow and global investment. The forum explained key issues and response directions in seminars and then refined client-specific wealth management plans through individual consultations.
The seminar began with a lecture titled “2026 Global Macro Insights” by Oh Geon-young (오건영), head of Shinhan Premier Pathfinder. Oh explained how growth and the interest-rate environment, and the spread of AI affect asset allocation, and presented asset allocation strategies in line with market changes.
Lectures then followed on changes in the tax system and tax-saving strategies, and outlooks for domestic and overseas stock and real estate markets.
The venue also introduced major group services, including “Shinhan SuperSOL,” Shinhan Asset Management’s “SOL ETF,” Shinhan Lifecare’s “Solace (SOLACE),” and Shinhan Card’s VIP cards.
Park Seri (박세리), a former national golf team coach who attended as a guest speaker, described how she overcame crises and made decisions during her playing career and explained how to apply that to investment judgments and wealth management principles.
Shinhan Financial Chairman Jin Ok-dong (진옥동) said, “The duty of a financial company is to keep customers’ assets safe,” adding that “Shinhan Premier Pathfinder,” which breaks down the boundary between banking and securities, will fulfill its obligations to customers and become a trusted partner.
