AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud said on Thursday it has won global AI data cloud company Snowflake's Partner of the Year award.

It is the second consecutive year it has received the award. MegazoneCloud said the recognition reflects high marks for its support for Snowflake-based data platform builds and data and AI transformation, and for its contribution to expanding the partner ecosystem.

MegazoneCloud said it has applied Snowflake data and AI technology to customers' operations across industries including gaming, finance, manufacturing, and retail and consumer goods. It plans to expand its scope to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. It also plans to gradually broaden into regulatory and quality work, including the full process of APQR, or annual product quality review, and GxP, regulatory and quality standards applied across drug development, manufacturing and distribution.

Snowflake Korea Partner and Alliance head Kyung-bae Kim (김경배), an executive director, said MegazoneCloud's award shows the two companies' joint efforts toward customer success and innovation. He said they will continue supporting more companies so they can expand AI into actual operations and results, together with MegazoneCloud, which has industry-specific expertise.

MegazoneCloud CRO In-cheol Hwang (황인철) said corporate competitiveness comes from the capability to access and use data, meaning the ability to convert data into real results. He said MegazoneCloud will further strengthen efforts to help customers across industries including finance and gaming safely connect data to real results through Snowflake Cortex AI and security and governance functions.
