[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] AI and data-based HR tech platform JobKorea, operated by WorkSpear, said on Aug. 26 it unveiled a new second-half campaign, 'Ten million pass, ten million JobKorea,' with Park Jung-min (박정민). It delivers a message that where the most users gather is where the most successful outcomes begin, as the full-scale recruitment season starts in the second half.

The company said Park shifts among different personas in the campaign advertising, including a college student preparing for a job, an office worker who succeeded in changing jobs and a practitioner working on site. It explained that the message that 10 million users each have 10 million different careers is condensed into multiple faces portrayed by a single actor.

JobKorea will focus on expanding offline touchpoints through the campaign. Through the end of September, it will roll out large-scale outdoor advertising in major business districts including Gangnam, Gwanghwamun, Seongsu, Yeouido and Pangyo so that people can naturally experience its leadership and representative status in the recruitment category.

Alongside the campaign, it will also run a jobseeker promotion called the '2026 JobKorea Pass Festa'. Designed to follow a real path to success from writing a resume to submitting applications, it will offer participants various benefits, including access to company information on JobPlanet, a WorkSpear family brand.

Jiwon Kim (김지원), chief growth officer at WorkSpear, said, "JobKorea's 10 million means three things: 10 million users, 10 million traces of challenges and concerns they have left behind, and 10 million different careers." She added, "This campaign tells the story that those three ultimately come together as one result. JobKorea will continue to support job seekers so that 10 million passes can be made alongside them."
