Shinhan Bank won a gold award at the 2026 International Business Awards (IBA) with its digital content “Super SOL Universe.”
Shinhan Bank said on Aug. 18 it received the gold award on Aug. 12 in the IBA video category, Financial Services-Banking, for “Super SOL Universe.”
Super SOL Universe is animated digital content that uses characters and a storyline to present key functions and benefits of Shinhan Super SOL, Shinhan Financial Group’s integrated financial platform.
Instead of listing service functions like conventional financial advertising, it builds the financial app into a “hero universe” to help users easily understand key financial services.
Shinhan Bank said it was the only domestic financial company to receive a gold award in the Financial Services-Banking category among this year’s winners in the financial sector.
A Shinhan Bank official said it created the content to deliver various services and customer value more easily and in a more entertaining way, adding that it will continue to introduce more digital content.
