Neople said on Sunday it will conduct focused hiring at its Jeju headquarters to improve the service competitiveness of Dungeon Fighter.
The hiring targets the Dungeon Fighter project and will recruit a double-digit number of staff across 12 positions, including game planning, programming, game business and technical support. Successful candidates will work at Neople's Jeju headquarters in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City.
Applications will be accepted through Aug. 23 via the Nexon Company recruitment site. To simplify the process, Neople changed its interviews to a one-day format, replacing two rounds previously held, to be conducted in a single day at Neople's Seoul branch.
Dungeon Fighter is an online action RPG and a global game intellectual property (IP). Neople plans to strengthen its live service competitiveness with new hires.
Neople operates welfare programmes including annual welfare points and a recharge vacation every three years. In particular, it provides company housing or housing costs to employees from outside Jeju who work at the Jeju headquarters, and supports quarterly airfare for employees, spouses and children.
Yoon Myung-jin (윤명진), chief executive of Neople, said strengthening Dungeon Fighter's live service is the company's top-priority key task. He said he hopes the recruitment will draw interest from talent who will continue new challenges and growth with Dungeon Fighter in Jeju.
