LG HelloVision's HelloMobile said on Thursday it has launched six “Kyobo Bookstore SIM and mobile phone plans” in partnership with Kyobo Bookstore, offering an e-book subscription.

The plans combine unlimited LTE data products with a pass for Kyobo Bookstore’s e-book subscription service “sam unlimited” and 1,000 online-only e-vouchers.

Subscribers will receive the benefits for 24 months. Through sam unlimited, users can access up to about 800,000 types of content including e-books, audiobooks, video and academic papers.

The SIM plans include Kyobo Bookstore SIM 1GB (1GB+1Mbps, 8,800 won a month), Kyobo Bookstore SIM 7GB (7GB+1Mbps, 17,200 won a month) and Kyobo Bookstore SIM 11GB (11GB+2GB a day+3Mbps, 34,290 won a month).

The plans that come with a mobile phone include Kyobo Bookstore mobile phone 1GB (1GB+1Mbps, 26,200 won a month), Kyobo Bookstore mobile phone 5GB (5GB+1Mbps, 34,200 won a month) and Kyobo Bookstore mobile phone 11GB (11GB+2GB a day+3Mbps, 56,300 won a month).

Kim Ye-hyun (김예현), head of mobile business at LG HelloVision, said, “We prepared these partnership plans with Kyobo Bookstore for budget mobile customers who enjoy self-improvement and reading,” and added, “We will continue to expand lifestyle-focused partnerships.”
