K Bank has introduced two partnership services for daily life and personal finance, supporting everything from cutting telecom bills to checking real estate auction information.
K Bank said on Aug. 6 it has launched a "telecom fee comparison with cashback" service and an "AI real estate auction search" service.
The telecom fee comparison with cashback service lets users compare and sign up for 28 budget mobile plans from the three major mobile carriers via the Tplus page linked to the K Bank app.
Users who register a K Bank account as the automatic payment account for their telecom bill and pay the charges can receive 5,000 won a month in Naver Pay points for six months starting the month after signing up. The maximum payout is 30,000 won.
K Bank also introduced an AI real estate auction search service in partnership with the AI-based auction information platform Ddangjipgo Auction.
The service allows users to search auction and public sale listings for apartments and commercial properties nationwide and check basic information such as tenant status and registry details.
If users enter desired conditions such as area, schools and housing type in conversational sentences in the "AI auction search" feature, the AI recommends listings that match those conditions. It also provides themed recommended listings selected by the AI and experts.
Paid investment analysis reports allow users to check information including rights analysis, estimated bid and sale prices, and capital gain analysis. Official court data is used in listing information.
A K Bank official said, "We expanded partnership services reflecting customer demand, from cutting telecom bills to real estate investment," adding, "We will work with various partners to introduce needed services."
