Coocon, a business data platform company, is moving with NICE Information Service to expand information service distribution channels and find new data-based businesses.

Coocon said on Monday it signed a strategic business agreement with comprehensive credit information company NICE Information Service to expand information service distribution and identify new data-based businesses.

The companies plan to combine Coocon’s data collection and connectivity and application programming interface (API) distribution capabilities with NICE Information Service’s credit rating, corporate information and identity verification services to expand sales channels and customer touchpoints for information services.

They will first review supplying key NICE Information Service offerings, including corporate information and identity verification, through Coocon’s API platform Coocon.net. Under the plan, Coocon will expand its range of data and information service products on the platform, while NICE Information Service will secure a new sales channel.

They will also jointly 추진 new data-based businesses. They plan to combine financial and non-financial data collected and connected by Coocon with NICE Information Service’s credit rating modelling capabilities to develop new data products and business models.

In the global business area, they will cooperate by having Coocon secure and link local data needed for NICE Information Service’s overseas credit bureau (CB) business. They plan to use Coocon’s overseas data collection network to identify global data businesses and new business opportunities.
