Dunamu is expanding its search for developers and startup teams to work in its proprietary Web3 infrastructure, GIWA, ecosystem.

Dunamu, the operator of Upbit, said on July 20 it will accept additional applications until the end of this month for its GASOK programme for builders, developers and founders.

GIWA is a Web3 infrastructure built and operated by Dunamu. It consists of GIWA Chain, a high-performance layer-2 blockchain, and GIWA Wallet, a user-friendly wallet.

GASOK is a programme to identify individuals and teams that will develop services in the GIWA ecosystem. Selected participants receive free infrastructure needed for development and operations.

Participating teams can leverage Upbit's infrastructure operations experience and the Web3 technology environment. Funding support and networking opportunities with industry officials are also provided.

Top teams will receive grants of up to $100,000 based on development milestones. They will also be given a chance to present the services they developed directly to global venture capital firms at Korea Blockchain Week 2026 (KBW2026), a blockchain event in South Korea.

Individuals or teams with ideas and development capabilities can apply in this additional recruitment round. Developers who can implement original services based on an understanding of the GIWA ecosystem will be given preference.

Teams that propose applications that are easy for users unfamiliar with Web3 to access will be given additional points.

This recruitment round also requires applicants to submit specific deliverables.

Submissions include a pitch deck and a minimum viable product demonstration video or an accessible website, a public link to smart contracts, and documents containing technical details.

Selected teams will be invited to GIWA's private mainnet, which is operated on a whitelist basis. They will deploy services directly in that environment and receive support through an intensive incubation programme.
