LG HelloVision said on Tuesday it published a sustainability management report containing its ESG performance for 2025 and the first half of 2026.

To prepare the report, LG HelloVision conducted a materiality assessment of seven stakeholder groups including employees, customers, government, media and local communities. It selected five key issues: information security and customer data protection, customer satisfaction, ethics and compliance management, community participation and climate change response.

The report spotlights "AI co-prosperity activities and achievements". LG HelloVision is fostering an AI transformation (AX) organisational culture through an in-house AI agent hackathon, AI training for employees and AI-based analysis of customer inquiries.

Externally, it supports AI digital classes for small business owners, AI education for multicultural families and the distribution of content to strengthen digital capabilities among seniors. It received the Ministry of the Interior and Safety minister's commendation for meritorious contributions to safety culture in 2025 for AI education aimed at preventing adverse effects of digital technology among youths.

Its official YouTube channel, "HelloLife", surpassed 1 million subscribers and received a "Gold Button" as the first paid TV platform in South Korea to do so. LG HelloVision also runs an environmental campaign to respond to the climate crisis and a biodiversity conservation programme based on public-private cooperation.

It also maintained certification for its occupational health and safety management system (ISO45001) and obtained certification for its information security and personal information protection management system (ISMS-P).

Lim Seong-won (임성원), an executive director at LG HelloVision's Public Relations and External Cooperation Center, said, "Amid changes in the media environment such as the spread of AI technology, we will continue both business growth and ESG management."

The report was prepared in compliance with the latest criteria of the internationally recognised GRI Standards and underwent third-party assurance by a professional verification agency. It can be viewed through corporate disclosures and on the LG HelloVision website.
