Dunamu will pilot an Upbit customer desk in Daegu. This is the first time Upbit has operated a customer desk outside Seoul.

Dunamu, which runs the digital asset exchange Upbit, said on Tuesday it will pilot the Upbit customer desk through Sept. 23 at the customer service lounge on the eighth floor of The Hyundai Daegu in Dongseong-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu.

The Upbit customer desk offers one-on-one consultations and guidance on new sign-ups for customers using Upbit for the first time or who want to learn how to use it.

Dunamu plans to review ways to expand customer touchpoints based on the pilot results.

A Dunamu official said, "We set up the customer desk to broaden touchpoints and communicate with local customers." The official added, "We hope customers who are new to using Upbit services or are curious about digital assets will visit without 부담 and receive guidance on how to use the service."
