HP is working with OpenAI to integrate OpenAI Frontier Platform, OpenAI’s enterprise AI platform, into its internal and external services.
Prakasi Arunkundrum (프라카시 아룬쿤드룸), HP’s chief strategy and innovation officer, said, "The collaboration with OpenAI is an opportunity to fundamentally redesign how AI produces better results." He added, "With the Frontier Platform, we will build consistent services across store, partner, chat and voice experiences. It will help customers and partners get answers faster and handle everyday tasks."
HP plans to apply AI to customer- and partner-facing solutions, customer telemetry analysis based on its Workforce Experience Platform (WXP), employee productivity and software development.
Denise Dresser (데니스 드레서), OpenAI’s chief revenue officer, said, "HP is realising enterprise innovation by embedding AI into real work systems." She added, "It is a representative early partner that has not ended OpenAI tools such as ChatGPT and Codex at the testing stage but has established them in day-to-day work."
HP said it is also developing "agent AI devices" that integrate naturally into existing workflows in connection with the partnership.
