Kple, a platform operated by online investment finance firm PFCT, is launching a "second market" service that allows existing investors to sell principal-and-interest receivable rights they hold to other investors.

Kple said on June 18 it is introducing the "second market" service that lets investors trade investment rights they hold.

The service allows existing investors to sell principal-and-interest receivable rights before maturity. Eligible products are "apartment collateral investment" and "securities account collateral investment".

Investors can sell from the third business day after making an investment. They can set their own discount rate and reflect it in the selling price. If a trade is executed, the amount is settled immediately.

Buyers can invest by joining an already managed product midstream, and interest calculation begins immediately after investment. Individual investors can participate if they have made at least 5 investments over the past 3 years.

To mark the launch, the company is also running a promotion waiving the purchase fee incurred when buying.

Baek Geon-woo (백건우), executive director and head of PFCT's online investment finance business, said, "The second market is a service introduced to enhance flexibility in investors' fund management and lower the psychological entry barrier to online investment finance investing." He added, "We will continue to upgrade the platform so investors can manage assets more flexibly."
