Encore, an AI and data company owned by SK Networks, said on Wednesday it signed a master distribution agreement with Union Systems for its data integration management solution, DATAWARE.

Under the agreement, Union Systems will act as a master distributor for Encore's full DATAWARE product lineup.

It will sell the full suite, including the data modelling tool DA#, the metadata management solution META#, the data quality management solution DQ# and the impact analysis management solution AP#.

Encore has recently rolled out an AI-ready data strategy and is speeding up development of new products to be launched in the second half. The company said the distribution deal with Union Systems is part of an effort to present a more systematic data governance build-out strategy to customers seeking data readiness, the foundation for AI-ready data development, and to more flexibly expand its DATAWARE solution partner ecosystem.

Encore Chief Executive Joo-min Kim (김주민) said, "Encore has recently introduced an AI-ready data strategy to maximise the use of AI, highlighting the importance of high-quality data. DATAWARE is not simply a solution for corporate data management, but a foundational solution that can create refined data that AI can use. Union Systems is a partner with a strong understanding of our products and, based on its DA# sales know-how, will contribute to expanding sales across the DATAWARE product range."
