[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Meta has set up a dedicated organisation called Enterprise Solutions that dispatches engineers and product managers directly to corporate clients.

According to a recent report by The Information, Meta senior executive Naomi Gleit (나오미 글레잇) said in an internal memo that the Enterprise Solutions organisation will include data engineers who prepare customer data for Meta AI systems, software engineers who directly integrate Meta tools into customers' operating systems, and product managers who lead customer work.

The Information said it is the same approach as the forward-deployed engineer, or FDE, model recently adopted by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Nvidia.

Meta is pursuing business diversification to turn large-scale investment in AI infrastructure into revenue. Last year, 98 percent of Meta's revenue came from advertising. Meta has spent more than 10 years trying to break into the enterprise market, but results have been limited. Workplace, a business collaboration tool launched in 2016, ended service two years ago.

Meta Chief Technology Officer Andrew Bosworth (앤드류 보스워스) said in a separate memo that it will reorganise internal work around AI agents through an initiative called the Agent Transformation Accelerator. He stressed that "2026 is a decisive year for Meta's transformation." On "token maxing" that abuses AI tools without results, he said, "Using AI tools should not become an end in itself. Token usage is not a performance metric either."
