[DigitalToday reporter Ho-jung Lee (이호정)] Naver will live stream all matches of the "2026 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) North and Central America World Cup," which opens next month, through its streaming platform Chzzk.

Naver said on May 28 it will provide live broadcasts on Chzzk of the 2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup, which runs from June 12 to July 20 (Korea time).

South Korea's matches against the Czech Republic on June 12, Mexico on June 19 and South Africa on June 25 will be available for anyone to watch through Naver Chzzk's official broadcast channel and streamers' co-watching streams. Naver Plus membership users can watch all 104 World Cup matches on Chzzk, including South Korea's games.

The 2026 FIFA North and Central America World Cup will be the first to feature 48 countries, and its 39-day duration is the longest in the tournament's history. Naver plans to secure technology and infrastructure stability in preparation for large-scale traffic and to broadcast every match.

In addition to live broadcasts, it also plans to provide secondary content such as artificial intelligence highlights and clips that all users can watch quickly immediately after matches end.

Naver will also open a World Cup special page in early June. Through the page, it plans to sequentially release match schedules, scoreboards, a community lounge, player cheering and match prediction events.
