ThumbAge plans to invest funds from a 12.5 billion won rights issue to officially launch 2 new titles this year and step up the rollout of its mid- to long-term lineup.

ThumbAge said on Monday it has confirmed the launches this year of 2 new titles, including 'Paladog InvenRise' and 'Project_RB'.

Paladog InvenRise is a new title based on the Paladog intellectual property that has built recognition in the existing mobile market. It targets the global casual market. Project_RB is a global social-play-based casual action game. It features a replay structure combining mission completion, co-op battles and progression elements.

The company will directly use the about 12.5 billion won in rights issue proceeds it is currently pursuing for new game development costs and global marketing resources. ThumbAge plans to allocate the funds to new project development, launch marketing, and server and shared operating costs to translate its prepared lineup into actual launch results.

Following this year's launches, it will also sequentially introduce follow-on titles using IP inherited from its parent company, Nesixthirtythree. It plans to expand into an IP commercialisation model centred on ThumbAge through IP-based projects including 'Project_AR' and 'Project_EH'. Over the mid to long term, it will also pursue expansion into genres gaining attention in the global market, such as extraction shooters.

A ThumbAge official said, "Starting with the new titles to be launched this year, we will sequentially activate our mid- to long-term lineup." The official added, "We will lay the groundwork for restoring our games business through follow-on projects using IP with an established fandom and by expanding into new genres."
