Cafe24 teamed up with big tech partners including Naver, Kakao and Meta to share practical marketing solutions aimed at helping online merchants boost sales and elevate their brands in the artificial intelligence era.

Cafe24 said on Wednesday it held an offline conference, 'Cafe24 Boost 2026', at COEX in Seoul's Gangnam district under the theme of growth strategies for online merchants. It said the event expanded to 1,000 attendees this year from 300 last year.

In a keynote speech, Song Jong-sun (송종선), head of Cafe24's Marketing Innovation unit, proposed a marketing strategy to design profit-generation structures by integrating internal shopping mall data and external search trends.

Song said the company provides marketing services that propose ordering times based on inventory status and advertising performance on its own platform, and that AI agents automatically check operational risks around the clock.

Meta, Naver and Kakao experts then took the stage to introduce tailored strategies by platform. Kim Moon-kyung (김문경), a Meta agency partner, stressed collaboration that combines efficiency gains through AI technology with creator content and brand data. Ahn Se-jun (안세준), a manager on Naver's channel consulting team, shared a structure-design method for operating AI automated ads and custom ads separately. Kang Sung-gu (강성구), a manager on Kakao's partner performance improvement team, presented an approach that scores ad account status and executes AI-tailored improvement points.

The event also ran tailored strategy sessions on topics including content commerce using YouTube Shopping and ways to grow global brands, as well as on-site one-on-one consultation booths.

Cafe24 Chief Executive Lee Jae-seok (이재석) said he expects the hands-on strategies unveiled at the event and insights from global partners to provide growth momentum for online merchants seeking to move from sellers to brands. He said the company will continue to advance its technology and services so online merchants can grow onto the global stage.
