AI security company Aim Intelligence said on April 29 it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mango Boost to jointly develop technology to target the next-generation AI infrastructure security market.

The companies will combine an AI guardrail service with DPU-based server infrastructure to develop technology to improve AI infrastructure efficiency.

In the near term, they will jointly develop a bundled AI guardrail-server product. Over the longer term, they plan to load Aim Intelligence's guardrail onto Mango Boost's DPU and build a hardware-based AI security framework that blocks harmful traffic in real time at the network level.

Aim Intelligence CEO Sang-yoon Yoo (유상윤) said, "As AI agents become more universal, security will become an issue that must be solved at the infrastructure level beyond the software layer." He added, "Through cooperation with Mango Boost, we will create a new paradigm of hardware-native guardrails running on DPUs."
