Global travel tech company Yanolja has exceeded 1 trillion won in annual revenue for the first time since its founding.

On March 31, Yanolja said its 2025 consolidated revenue under Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) rose 11.3 percent from a year earlier to 1.03 trillion won. It said the result reflected strong growth in its global enterprise solutions (ES) business and stable profits from its consumer platform (CP) business.

Annual aggregate transaction value (Aggregate TTV) jumped 44.9 percent from a year earlier to 39.2 trillion won, a record high. The company said high growth in its data solutions business led the expansion in overall transaction value, and that the share of transactions in global markets such as Europe and Central and South America also continued to rise.

By segment, the ES division posted revenue of 352.6 billion won, up 20.5 percent from a year earlier. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 30.3 percent to 88.2 billion won, supported by expanded supply of AI and data-based automation solutions to travel businesses worldwide. The CP division posted revenue of 723.7 billion won, up 7.8 percent, surpassing 700.0 billion won in annual revenue for the first time.

On a consolidated basis, adjusted EBITDA was 100.0 billion won, down 12.8 percent from a year earlier. The company said the decline reflected continued strategic research and development (R&D) investment to strengthen service competitiveness in the AI era.

A Yanolja official said the performance was achieved as the company’s advancement of AI and data-based solutions targeting global markets aligned with a customer-first strategy for its platform business. The official said Yanolja would further solidify its unmatched position in the global travel tech market through AI and data technology innovation and strategic investment.
