[DigitalToday reporter Ho-jeong Lee] Devsisters said it officially launched the mobile battle action game 'Cookie Run: Oven Smash', developed by its subsidiary Press A, in the global market on March 26.

Cookie Run: Oven Smash is a battle action game that introduces real-time PvP matches. It has exceeded 3,000,000 global pre-registrations.

At launch, it offers six combat modes and 20 types of cookies. It provides Castle Break, Jelly Race, Gnome Battle, Drop the Beat and Smash Fight as 3-on-3 team modes, and Wild Royale as a solo mode. Each mode runs for about three minutes.

Beyond battles, it supports social content based on a plaza and a customisation system that allows individual parts to be equipped.

To mark the launch, it is holding an attendance event that provides an epic-grade cookie and a costume set for consecutive check-ins, and running the 'Oven Crown Acquisition Challenge' offering prizes worth 2 million won. It is also opening 'Creator Survival', a tournament for game creator participation, in line with the launch schedule.

It is also pushing to expand services in Asia. Through Vietnamese publisher VNGGames, it will publish the game in nine Asian regions including Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and will start pre-registration for those regions from March 26.
