KT said on Tuesday it held a "KT Core Insight" seminar for domestic corporate customers.
The event shared strategies to shift core infrastructure such as telecommunications and networks that support enterprise AX. Since last year, KT has introduced a range of AI- and cloud-based AX strategies to working-level staff at major corporate clients.
At the first seminar this year, it set a goal of promoting fundamentals and core values that support successful AX 추진. KT began by introducing 2026 network technology trends and presented directions for next-generation communications networks to lead future business.
As infrastructure examples needed for efficient digital transformation, it introduced solutions to innovate customer communication, the evolution of a corporate data platform aligned with changes in the corporate work environment, and solutions to strengthen industrial safety based on enterprise 5G and IoT.
With many manufacturing company representatives attending, the seminar also focused on AX steps related to safety. A case study of applying an industrial safety solution combining enterprise 5G and IoT technologies that KT presented drew attention as a way to protect on-site workers' safety in real time.
It also introduced AX innovation cases showing how AI agents changed existing tasks. It focused on sharing practical business value that could be referenced immediately in the workplace, through changes in work processes using AI agents and cases used in the field.
Kim Won-tae (김원태), head of the Strategic Customer Business Headquarters at KT's Enterprise Division, said, "At this seminar, which was held for the first time to mark the start of 2026, I hope the infrastructure transition strategy proposed by KT will help client companies secure future competitiveness and become a key driving force for achieving successful AX."
