WiseiTech, an AI and data specialist, has entered the YouTube AI analytics services market as part of its strategy to expand subscription-based services.
WiseiTech on Oct. 27 held a press briefing and officially launched its YouTube AI analytics service, Tumeet. Through Tumeet, WiseiTech is seeking to expand its business model from its existing AI and data build-out business into subscription services and widen customer touchpoints to creators and companies.
The company said Tumeet focuses on supporting creators and corporate channel operators who want to use YouTube trends and channel data for content planning and operations.
It provides various data and helps users find meaning in market trends and channel performance to decide on the next content and direction for operations. It offers YouTube trend analysis, custom dashboards, an AI-based operations tool called TumeetPD and automation for channel monitoring and reporting tasks.
Its trend analysis function collects and analyses YouTube content and channel data daily and provides the "Top 100" spotlight keywords by 13 categories, along with information on related videos and channels.
The company explained: "YouTube recommends content based on user preferences such as viewing history, making it difficult to grasp overall market trends and the latest topics from an individual's screen alone. Tumeet presents, by keyword, trends in public interest, related keywords and related channels and videos together, helping operators judge content topics and direction, whether to produce, and when to upload."
When an operator links a channel, the custom dashboard allows them to check key performance indicators such as views, subscriber counts and watch time. The AI function, TumeetPD, drafts and suggests improvements to video titles, descriptions and tags for search optimisation, taking into account channel data and analysis results.
Via KakaoTalk alert messages, Tumeet provides a daily channel performance report, by-category surging keywords, and changes in early performance and viewer response for videos. On the 5th of each month, it automatically issues a monthly report diagnosing performance in the previous month.
WiseiTech plans to continuously advance its analytics and AI functions by reflecting feedback from actual users and operations sites.
WiseiTech CEO Dasan Kim (김다산) said, "At a time when sufficient data has already accumulated in the content field, what matters is reading market trends and my channel's performance together to find meaning and connect it to the next action." He added, "Through Tumeet, we will enable anyone to use data as the basis for decisions in content planning and channel operations, and we will lead changes in the data-driven content market."
