Bithumb's integrated artificial intelligence investment information service, Bithumb AI, has surpassed 500,000 cumulative users 47 days after its launch.

Bithumb said on Oct. 20 that cumulative users of Bithumb AI, which it introduced as the first such service by a domestic digital asset exchange, topped 500,000 in 47 days after launch.

Cumulative users refer to the number of unique members who used Bithumb AI at least once after the service launched, excluding repeat users. Average daily visitors during the period were tallied at about 80,000.

By trader, about 7 out of 10 traders used Bithumb AI. In particular, the usage rate among traders with monthly trading of 100 million won or more stood at 95 percent, indicating relatively higher use among users with larger trading volumes.

Bithumb AI is a service jointly developed with Surf, an AI research platform specialising in digital assets. By analysing market data, it offers 4 functions to help investors check asset and market information: AI Item Signal, AI Item Analysis, AI Daily Market and AI Recommended Questions.

AI Item Signal analyses 6 key indicators in technical and social areas every hour and provides signals by asset and an overall score.

AI Item Analysis provides an analysis report by combining technical indicators, on-chain data, community reaction and search interest for individual digital assets based on Bithumb's won market and external market data.

AI Daily Market lets users check key market issues and the economic calendar, while AI Recommended Questions provides major market topics in a Q&A format.

Bithumb explained that it structured the service so users can check risk factors, such as holder concentration and overbought sections, as well as market trends. User feedback received since the service launched has surpassed 800 cases.

A Bithumb official said the service is receiving a good response from users seeking to grasp complex market information easily and quickly. The official said Bithumb will continue to upgrade the service by reflecting user opinions and support rational investment decisions.
