Intellivix, an AI safety solutions company, said on Thursday it had passed the Korea Exchange’s preliminary review for a Kosdaq listing. Mirae Asset Securities is the lead underwriter. The company is pursuing a standard listing based on performance, not a technology special listing.
Intellivix is a vision AI-based safety solutions company founded in 2000. It develops AI technology to detect and analyse risky situations in industrial and social settings.
It operates products including an integrated safety platform called GenAMS that combines a generative AI-based vision-language model (VLM) with vision AI, an AI camera called VixAllCam and a four-legged AI patrol robot called Argos.
The company said it has posted profits for 13 consecutive years. Revenue rose to 46.6 billion won last year from 34.0 billion won in 2024 and 18.3 billion won in 2023. Last year’s operating profit was 4.9 billion won and net profit was 5.4 billion won.
It supplies AI safety solutions to the government and local governments as well as Samsung, POSCO, Hyundai Motor and LG Group. It has established distributorship and business partnerships in eight countries and is seeking to expand business mainly in Japan, Southeast Asia and Australia.
An Intellivix official said, "With this Kosdaq listing as a turning point, we plan to expand safety AI technology and our business model into defence and overseas markets."
