Dunamu, which operates digital asset exchange Upbit, is strengthening its Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP) and moving to establish a compliance management system led by on-site leaders.
Dunamu said on Sept. 4 that it held a "Declaration Ceremony to Strengthen the Fair Trade Compliance Program" on Sept. 3 at Incheon Nest Hotel.
The event was attended by key executives and employees, including Dunamu CEO Oh Kyung-seok (오경석). They shared their commitment to practising fair trade compliance and reviewed on-site leaders' ethical and compliance awareness.
The declaration ceremony was arranged as a follow-up to a "Compliance Management Practice Pledge Ceremony" held in June. It focused on establishing specific action guidelines that on-site leaders must follow in their work.
Executives and employees agreed to put key guidelines into practice, including establishing fair trade by banning unjust demands and the exercise of influence, complying with the Fair Trade Act when contacting business groups and competitors, protecting users by providing objective and accurate information, and blocking instructions to violate fair trade laws and acts of aiding and abetting within the company.
Oh said, "Establishing a transparent trading order and creating a sound market starts with leaders setting an example," and added, "Let us work together to build Dunamu that earns solid trust with unwavering principles."
