Uniswap governance considers full v3 pool fee rollout and expansion to eight chains
Uniswap governance is considering expanding protocol fees, The Block reported on Feb. 19. The proposal would apply fees to all Ethereum mainnet v3 pools and extend to eight chains including Arbitrum, Base, Celo, OP Mainnet, Soneium, X Layer, World Chain and Zora. A Snapshot vote runs through Feb. 23. It is the first proposal since the Unification governance overhaul, which shortened procedures for fee-related changes.

Crypto social platform Zora, which has close ties with Ethereum layer-2 network Base, is launching a new product on Solana, The Block reported. The offering, called attention markets, allows users to predict and invest in trends and topics expected to draw attention online. Users can create markets tied to specific subjects and take long or short positions, add links, track profit and loss in real time and cash out at any time.

Upscale AI raises $200 million to develop AI network scaling chip
AI networking chip developer Upscale AI has raised $200 million, SiliconANGLE reported on Tuesday. The round was led by Tiger Global, Premji Invest and Zora Innovation, with participation from the venture capital arms of Intel and Qualcomm. Upscale AI\'s cumulative funding has topped $300 million. The company is developing SkyHammer, a networking chip designed to optimise connections within racks in AI clusters and provide deterministic latency and real-time telemetry.
