Welcome Financial Group named family-friendly company for multi-child and parent support allowances
Welcome Financial Group said on Jan. 12 that its affiliates Welcome Savings Bank and Welcome F&D were selected for the family-friendly certification programme overseen by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. Welcome Savings Bank scored 85.3 points and Welcome F&D scored 79.6 points, earning new certification. The group offers up to 900,000 won a month for employees with at least three children and provides a monthly allowance when parents are aged 65 or older.
