Charles Hoskinson says ADA, XRP are digital commodities, calls for U.S. rethink of crypto classification

XRP fell 7.71 percent over the past 24 hours to below $1.30 after the U.S. Senate failed to advance a digital asset market clarification bill known as the Clarity bill.
