Trump Media\'s bitcoin holdings overtake Tesla, but Q2 results flash red
Trump Media & Technology Group has overtaken Tesla in bitcoin holdings, based on Bitcoin Treasuries data, but posted a second-quarter loss of $238 million. The company attributed the wider loss mainly to valuation losses from a drop in cryptocurrency prices. Trump Media reported 14,139 bitcoin as of July 31, while an external tally excludes some coins tied to a covered options strategy. Revenue rose, and the company promoted a paid Truth API service.
