Gen Z buys more ETFs than millennials and Gen X in surprise twist for \'coin generation\'
Gen Z investors using crypto exchanges trade equity products less frequently than millennials and Gen X, but keep more money in ETFs and individual stocks than in leveraged products, Binance Research data showed. Gen Z’s ETF share of spot stock trading rose to 25% in early August from 14.6% in June, outpacing millennials. Gen Z accounts also showed more buy-and-hold behaviour, while leveraged products were used more for short-term trading.
