Cardano ranks fourth on decentralisation metric; transaction fees hit lowest in months
Cardano recorded the fourth-highest level of decentralisation among major blockchains based on the Nakamoto coefficient, which was tallied at 23. Only Polkadot, TON Network and Avalanche scored higher. Average Cardano transaction fees fell to $0.056 as of June 22, below March’s average of about $0.082, and slipped to $0.051 on Saturday, the lowest since March. The report also cites ADA price weakness as a factor in the lower dollar-denominated fees.
