Solana Labs CEO rejects Buterin-style blockchain self-reliance approach
Solana Labs CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has raised objections to Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin’s argument that a blockchain should be able to sustain itself with minimal developer involvement. Yakovenko said Solana would disappear if it did not evolve continuously and must keep changing without relying on any single group or individual. He also said static blockchains would lose out in competition and stressed automated development using AI.
