Speaking at Snowflake Summit 2026 in San Francisco, she described how Samsung uses an AI agent to monitor signals and produce synthesized answers from sales, pricing and review data for smartphone launches such as the Galaxy S26. She said the shift enables faster responses and lets business leaders analyze data directly.
