Shinhan Financial holds volunteer effort to restore wildfire-hit area in Andong
Shinhan Financial Group held a forest-tending volunteer activity in Andong, North Gyeongsang Province, in an area damaged by wildfires. The group said employees volunteered on May 30 at Shinhan SOL Bangul Forest in Yonggak-ri, Iljik-myeon, Andong. The forest is part of a project to restore the wildfire-hit area. Shinhan plans to plant about 20,000 trees there by 2028 in line with the government’s nationwide tree-planting policy.
