Samsung Electronics’ next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S26 Ultra, strengthens high-resolution shooting and professional video features, boosting its mobile camera capabilities. The camera app offers 12MP by default, with 50MP and 200MP options, plus personalised filters and memory of the last-used settings. It expands portrait zoom and effects, enhances Pro mode with manual controls and exposure tools, and adds advanced video modes, stabilization, HDR and LOG, new APV codec support, external storage and refined audio options.

Google is expanding Gemini AI features on Android, TechCrunch reported on Tuesday, unveiling a new function that automates multistep tasks. The update lets users use Gemini to automatically handle repetitive actions such as ordering food and hailing a taxi. The automation feature is in beta and supports some food, grocery and ride-sharing apps. It will initially be available on Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Samsung Galaxy S26 devices in the United States and South Korea.
