National AI Strategy Committee calls for data-based AI company valuation system

Younglimwon SoftLab, Samjong KPMG to hold IFRS 18 seminar on June 12

Enterprise solutions firm Younglimwon SoftLab will hold a seminar with Samjong KPMG on June 12 in Seoul to present response measures and a roadmap for International Financial Reporting Standard 18, which applies from 2027. IFRS 18 separates income statements into operating, investing and financing activities and standardises the basis for calculating operating profit. The companies said requirements such as disclosures of management-defined performance measures will tighten, prompting system changes.
