Salesforce, Inspire to cooperate on AI transformation in MICE business
Salesforce will work with Inspire Entertainment Resort to 추진 an AI transformation in the MICE business segment, the company said on Tuesday. The partners will cooperate in stages, from integrating sales data to building an AI-based decision-making system, aiming to create a new B2B sales model in the hospitality and MICE industry. Inspire plans to roll out Salesforce Sales Cloud across its MICE B2B sales organisation and link existing Delphi data with Salesforce customer and sales activity data.

Salesforce drops \'Agentforce\' from some key product names ahead of annual conference
Salesforce is removing the term “Agentforce” from some key product names ahead of its annual customer conference Dreamforce next week, The Information reported, citing two people familiar with the matter. The company had positioned Agentforce as central to its sales and marketing strategy since launching it in late 2024. The reasons for the name changes were not clear. Agentforce annualised revenue exceeded $1.5 billion in the quarter ended in July.
