SKT regains top spot in KCSI mobile satisfaction survey, completes grand slam
SK Telecom ranked No. 1 in the mobile phone category of the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index survey hosted by Korea Management Association Consulting. SKT said on Sept. 30 it completed a “grand slam” by topping the country’s three major customer satisfaction surveys this year, following wins in the National Customer Satisfaction Index in April and the Korea Service Quality Index in July. It expanded customer-experience efforts and applied AI to service and network operations.

MathWorks announces MATLAB and Simulink Release 2026b to simplify managing complex development environments
MathWorks announced an update to MATLAB and a new version of Simulink, Release 2026b (R2026b). The company said the release adds three new products: Simulink Variant Manager, Visual Inspection Toolbox and Polyspace Test Server. It also strengthens capabilities for aerospace, embedded systems, AI, perception, audio engineering and statistical analysis. MathWorks said the release focuses on simplifying management and verification tasks in increasingly complex engineering environments.

Naver gets 23 papers accepted at ECCV 2026, four named \'Spotlight\'
Naver said 23 papers from its technology organisations, including Naver Labs, Naver Labs Europe, Naver AI Lab and Naver Cloud, were accepted as regular papers at ECCV 2026. Four were selected for ECCV Spotlight, awarded to about 1 to 2 percent of submissions. The accepted research spans 3D perception and reconstruction, vision AI models and robot driving simulation, including work on SLAM, indoor 3D generation from a single panorama, and a city-scale model developed with KAIST.
