LG Electronics sets up robotics business center to speed up robot business
LG Electronics has overhauled its operating structure for its physical AI-based robotics business, creating a Robotics Business Center reporting directly to the CEO effective July 1. The new unit brings together functions needed for commercialisation, from business opportunity discovery to supply chain and manufacturing operations. The company also set up a dedicated team for a robot training data factory and plans to use the data to advance its RFM model.
