DB Inc. unveils Reward Hub B2B rewards platform
DB Inc. said on Sept. 1 it launched Reward Hub, an integrated B2B rewards platform that lets companies introduce and operate rewards and points services without building separate systems. The company said the platform provides user participation missions, point accumulation and ledger management, a points mall for mobile voucher exchanges, and integrated settlement and operations management. It also supports customer service inquiries during reward exchange and product delivery.
