Hecto Group runs \'One Year Off\' health challenge using 3D body scans
Hecto Group is running an employee health programme called the \'One Year Off Challenge\' to promote healthy body condition and consistent exercise rather than weight loss. The company installed an Outbody 3D body scanning device to visualise body shape and posture and analyse personal body age. Employees measure body age in May, complete three months of exercise missions and take a second measurement in August.
