LG Uplus supports children with intractable diseases through employee donations
LG Uplus said it will donate 5 million won raised through its employee giving programme, \"One Thousand Won Love\", to support a child with a disability who is battling an intractable disease. The programme, launched in 2019, lets employees donate at least 1,000 won a month through payroll deductions. The donation was made with nonprofit Make-A-Wish Korea, and an employee representative will also join volunteer activities.
